Tourism & Recreation Construction Project in National Baicaowa Forest Park of Luanping County

项目基本情况：借助承德市打造国际旅游城市和滦平县金山岭生态文化旅游经济圈发展战略的实施，拟利用滦平县靳家沟林场丰富的自然资源，新建经营性综合旅游、休闲、度假景区及相关配套设施建设项目。白草洼森林公园具有良好的生态与文化景观，具有很强的开发潜力。该项目计划总投资7000万美元，均用于固定资产投资，资金全部由企业自筹。计划从2015年接待游人，年收入可达2500万美元，投资回收期3年。

Fundamental Information of Project: By taking advantage of the development strategy of building international tourism city and Jinshanling Ecological Culture & Tourism Economy Circle of Luanping County, the rich natural resources in Jinjiagou Forest Farm shall be used to build operation-oriented construction projects featuring tourism, recreation, tourism destination and supporting facilities. With excellent ecological and cultural scenic spots, Baicaowa Forest Park enjoys strong development potentials. The investment for the project totals USD70million, all of which will be utilized for fixed assets. All funds shall be collected by enterprises their own. Tourists will be welcomed from 2015 as plan, and the annual income can reach USD25million. All investment can be recouped three years after.

项目建设条件：公园位于靳家沟林场，占地5396公顷。京承公路从山下通过，距北京120公里，距承德市40公里。公园主峰相对高度1750米，森林总面积8100亩，其中景观林面积4000亩，森林覆盖率80﹪，是一处天然次生林区，有松树、栎树、杨树，但以白桦树最多。公园人文古迹悠久，景色秀丽天成，交通条件便利，具有可观的游览价值。

Construction Conditions of Project: The park locates in Jinjiagou Forest Farm, covering an area of 5,396h. Beijing-Chende Highway runs just under the mountain, 120km to Beijing and 40km to Chengde. The relative height of main peak in the Park is 1,750m. With a total forest area of 8,100mu(5.4million sqm), the scenic forest covers an area of 4,000mu(2.6million sqm) and the coverage of forest reaches 80%. It is a natural secondary forest zone with pines, oaks and polars. However, white birch is most in number. The Park features ancient spots and beautiful landscape, convenient transportation and valuable tourism resources.
